表皮与组织即建筑内部空间组织和表面表现相互暗示与表达，两者之间相互影响，彼此暗示。本设计试图从当代艺术概念“由外观内”出发，探讨建筑空间中内容与形式的和谐统一。

The skin and the organization, i.e. the organization of the internal space and the surface expression of the building imply and express each other, and the two influence each other and imply each other. This design attempts to explore the harmony and unity of content and form in architectural space from the contemporary art concept of "from the outside in".
